I agree. It looked like he was just jogging and they confronted him with the rifle. He was trying to save his own life by grabbing the gun.
The headline is false. The guy, Arbery, was fighting for the shotgun when he was shot and killed.
The video shows he attacked the man with the shotgun.
We do not know exactly what happened seconds before.
Arbery never stopped. The video shows him going from jogging to attacking.

Guy was running down the street, rural street.
Truck on the road. Guy in truck bed with shotgun, guy on left side of road with shotgun.
Runner runs to right of the truck. A gun shot goes off.
Guy appears past truck and begins to fight with guy on street with gun.
Second gun shot.
Runner lands a solid punch on face of the guy with gun.
Guy with gun shoots him.
Don’t know who shot the first two or why the first shot went off.
Runner should not have engaged them despite probable provocation.
He should have just kept running.

Sheesh, a body can set hisself down for one Marathon Day of the true life “The First 48 Hours” televsion show...and you’ll wonder how they even keep enough young blacks around to maintain a complete cast.
This guy was shot down dead, yes, and maybe criminally so.

Oh please. This guy was not a jogger. He was a burglar. Joggers do not run in Jean shorts that go below the knees. This guy lived with his mother miles away from the neighborhood, which is an isolated all white neighborhood located on a peninsula and only accessible via a four lane divided highway. He did not jog to this neighborhood. My understanding is that there is a video that shows the black guy inside of a house that was under construction in this neighborhood minutes before this encounter. He was a burglar committing a crime, and when he knew he was cornered by the residents, he attacked the guy with the shotgun and tried to take the gun away from him. The original district attorney declined to prosecute finding that no crime had been committed.

Good question. Someone following the runner. Followed him a good 1/8 mile down the road before he got to the two mean with shotguns.
The drivers admitted to already cutting off the dude. He had already turned around and was fleeing the vehicle filming.
This action is just wrong. Unless the jogger is armed, you don’t confront on road and create a confrontation. Then people start fighting for guns and people die. What crime it is I am not sure but the truck guys caused it.
He’s definitely deranged. Classic profile whenever you see a completely insane freeper. Name looks like it came from random words in a conservative phrase book. Zero information on his home page. Just a paid troll, and in this case apparently a pretty nasty one.
The third accomplice who was following in a second vehicle filmed it.

Sorry, I don’t know what you mean. I’m just asking who filmed this. I don’t have an opinion one way or another....as the vid quality is so bad (and I also don’t trust the MSM).
I will says that I saw a screen shot of the individual with possible “boots” on....or “high-top tennies”.

He was NOT a JOGGER!!!!! Joggers do not wear JEAN SHORTS and low cut basketball shoes. He was a burglar. According to the Daily Beast there is video evidence that the jogger was inside of a house in the neighborhood that was under construction. Apparently, there is also video evidence of him burglarizing residences in this neighborhood in the past as well. I looked up this neighborhood on Google maps. The neighborhood is an isolated area on a peninsula where the only access is via a four lane divided highway. Nobody from outside of this neighborhood would jog to it. The jogger has a criminal record and mental health issues. A district attorney reviewed the case two months ago, including the video that is now playing on the news, and determined that no crime had been committed. Finally, the only reason why the jogger is jogging in the video is because he had just been chased d for more than five minutes throughout the neighborhood before the cameraman starts filming. He was a burglar who was cornered and decided to go after his pursuers.
