This is what our FDA says are the side effects of Plaquenil https://www.drugs.com/sfx/plaquenil-side-effects.html

Not a easy drug to take.

also for that idiot..thalessemia is not rare in Italy...and causes the blood to have problems with oxygen

The best theories I have seen all lead to the conclusion that the Coronavirus attacks the lungs and inhibits the transfer of oxygen and carbon dioxide to and from the lung cells.

My personal favorite is based on the idea that the virus attacks an enzyme that mediates the chemical reactions in the lung cells to maintain a proper balance. The virus disables that enzyme.

The reason I like this theory is that Hydroxycloroquine appears to protect that enzyme so the virus cannot interfere with the normal lung function. But it doesn’t kill the virus and it needs to be applied early in the cycle. Another fact that seems well established.

Some of these claims sound like snake oil BS to me. What I’ve read about and seen so far is that the beer virus doesn’t kill people itself. It’s not ebola. It doesn’t dissolve flesh and turn people into bled-out gumbo. Normally, it just proceeds like a common cold. For an unfortunate few, though, they are basically “allergic” in a sense and they get a massive autoimmune reaction that does the actual damage. THAT is the problem at hand RIGHT NOW. Too many nerds, even very intelligent nerds tend to lose focus of that. They babble on about “eradicating the virus” or “stopping the virus replication”. Who cares about that? If you can prevent the autoimmune storm and prevent death, then the beer virus turns back into just another stupid cold.

HCQ is a drug used to treat Lupus, which is an autoimmune disorder. (Among other uses such as Malaria) It’s known to be very safe, especially for short term use. It’s literally been used by millions of people for 75 years. There is very little downside to trying it. It actually makes some sense that it might prevent or mitigate the autoimmune storm in the beer virus, if given soon enough before the severe physical damage has already occurred to the victim’s lungs.

I’m getting tired of articles from dubious websites breathlessly claiming this is some sort of “cure”. I seriously doubt that it cures anything. If it simply prevents death and permanent lung damage, that’s good enough. The virus itself “cures” itself in a couple of weeks like any other common cold if you can prevent the aforementioned secondary effects.

Focus! Take care of the problem at hand RIGHT NOW with what you have RIGHT NOW. People who are having life-threatening autoimmune reactions to this virus don’t have months and months to wait for the nerds at the FDA navel gaze over some expensive new “treatment” or “vaccine”. At least TRY to help them NOW, damn it!

From an article in 2010:

A little over 25 years ago a paper was published in the journal Science showing that BHT, a common food preservative, could inactivate herpes simplex and other lipid-coated viruses in lab dishes. Two years later another paper in the same journal reported similar results, but this time in live animals – dietary BHT could prevent chickens from dying of Newcastle disease. Like herpes simplex, NDV (the virus that causes Newcastle disease) is lipid-enveloped – its nucleic acid core is sheathed in a fatty membrane. Viruses of this type require an intact membrane to be infective. BHT seems to work against such viruses by disrupting their viral membranes.

Ok - the Wuhanic Plague has an E protein structure, or envelope, made of lipids. That’s why hand washing works, soap and water destroy the fatty lipid envelope. Without the envelope, the S protein spikes have no structure to bind to our cells, and the RNA contained inside the envelope become junk. BHT can do this to Covid, just as it does for herpes, H1N1, and HIV. Prophylaxis is preferable to treatment.

Why don’t you ever hear about it? Simple - money. Amazon sells BHT for $30 for 500 capsules. No one gets rich..

Yes, the crippling of hemoglobin is an integral aspect of WuFlu. This is why patients showed up in the emergency room with freakishly low oxygen in their systems -- as if suffering altitude sickness, as one doctor put it. This is where 5G's powerful 60MHz signal comes in -- and remember Wuhan is one of China's first cities to be fully covered by 5G. 5G's frequency causes O2 molecules to become super excited, so excited that hemoglobin has trouble latching onto them. And if they do manage to latch on, there's trouble releasing them once they reach their destination. This could explain those startling videos of Wuhaners suddenly falling to the ground and flopping like a fish out of water. That's exactly what they were: their bodies were shutting down, starved of oxygen.

I've had mild symptoms for 2 months...mainly diarrhea...

Key ingredient in Hydroxychloroquine is quinine.

I started drinking tonic water daily, which contains quinine.

Diarrhea has slowed and is mostly gone.

I’ve made a gin & tonic (quinine syrup) without carbonated water. An idea from your posting, I will try and make a zinc supplement tablet that fizzes when added to water.
