Ha... went to Lowes this weekend, damn near impossible to find a parking spot.
Went to home despot a couple Sundays ago and decided to return on Monday the line was so long. Better on Monday. Don’t know why since it’s ALL weekend right now. LOL!
I noticed the same thing at Lowe’s.
“Ha... went to Lowes this weekend, damn near impossible to find a parking spot.”
Unlike Homey Deport that put in restrictions like making people wait outside. I won’t got to HD. Screw ‘em.
Nice day in New England yesterday. There was just as much traffic on the streets as there would be in any early May Sunday.
Fred Meyer although not packed has always been busy....and, they have a huge garden center and it pleases me to see people out there picking up their tomato plants and petunias and hanging baskets.....
On weekends Lowes in limiting access to their stores. Home Depot too. I can assure you that their sales are above normal right now.
The Lowes I went to Saturday was absolutely mobbed. Had to wait in line just to get a shopping cart. Wait to pay was more than 20 minutes. Never saw it like that before the pandemic.
Same at the Scheels Sporting Goods, they were lined up around the building to get in; here at the apts pool is closed but dozens were out there sitting beside each other on the lounge chairs or at the poolside
