Medcram’s line of thinking makes sense to me. Patients have low blood oxygen level but their lungs can inflate. It seems that Drs say that is not typically seen in ARDS

A recent large group of autopsies in Germany showed only a small percentage even developed pneumonia. It is not ARDS.

IOW, some lab rat created this particular behavior of the virus. No wonder China killed the doctors who tried to warn the world. If those brave doctors and nurses hadn't said a thing and videos hadn't gotten out, we'd never know what hit us.
