The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).

The quote does not even make sense. It’s word salad. It’s not that I disagree with the quote. The quote is not even stating a fact or opinion. It’s meaningless.
