Went to my local Wendys to get supper for the family and they had no beef, chicken only. They apologized for the inconvenience and said it was due to supply chain disruption. This is northeast Ohio. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
Just a supply chain issue
Went to TOGOS to get a sandwich and they were out of bread
The owner and I cracked a few jokes over it
My daughter is in the same area.
She told me meat purchases are being rationed .
Clara Was Right!
Our local fruit and vegetable stand has expanded their offerings and they added a small meat section two years ago. It was fully stocked yesterday. It’s called “De Martinis” in California’s Bay Area.
Bought some really nice steaks Friday from a trucker that was parked at the local pump and munch. Looked really fresh. IQF.
They were delicious.
Half price.
I only buy the chicken at Wendy’s.
Spicy Chicken w/cheese, onion, tomato and lettuce, No Mayo.
Never cared for their burgers.
When you live in Buffalo, a day like today is like a glimpse of Paradise. No problem with meat.
Be a real help and provide your local Wendy’s address or nearest intersection.
Been running into this a lot, out of cups, ham, etc. Not just Wendys.
We recently got filet mignon and tenderloin at Costco but they were out of pork.
Wendys is a great place to go if you are plugged up. I get the shits every time we eat there.
Last Sunday I was at a local burger place in Mesa Az. It closed early because it had run out of beef. The owner said the suppliers were not providing enough.
“All for what? To stop a virus that was going to kill a bunch of people anyway, not matter what we did? “
Nope, all to elect a democrat in November.
Last time I went to Wendys was a year ago
Wont go back
Because having millions of people die (which would happen if we do nothing to stop the virus) does not affect the economy at all?
I am just astounded at the number of people who believe that an increase in the death rate does not affect the economy. Just wow.
Ha! Ours also get’s our orders wrong all the time. But the wife loves them for some reason.
A deliberate shortage is being created because of these idiotic and unnecessary lockdowns.
Can I ask why you think objecting to doing nothing to stop the virus (which I take to mean being comfortable with what we are doing now) would lead to an outcome that is worse than what we have now? I am not arguing uncritically that what various jurisdictions have done is a mistake, but I am wondering why, if you are certain, you are certain that the shutdown measure taken to this point have been worthwhile.
Is the trucker a painter?
