COVID-19 masks work pretty well, even if worthless for prevention of the virus.
I do know the homemade cotton masks are screwing majorly with Apples facial recognition on their phones. Thats an up close application where your face is up close while it is being scanned. I know too that the Chinese have come up with software that can work with N95 masks. This article was written by a science fiction writer, not a scientist.
I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately. Funny how the left wants to increase the surveillance state, but the masks we’re forced to wear outside are making traditional facial scanning efforts more difficult.
