Good luck with it. Something with the video card or video system finally crapped the bed on my 2011 MacBook Pro. I’d had it fixed once about 2 1/2 years ago, but it just wasn’t worth it to do it. It was a known problem on that production year, and although they’d had a recall on it, mine wasn’t having any problems at the time, so I wasn’t qualified to have it fixed. The computer didn’t owe me a penny, and I was able to keep the hard drive from it.
Me too. However when I checked the other day I was asked to enter my direct deposit information which I thought was strange because my ss check gets directly deposited every month.
I got mine yesterday but direct deposit.

Me either. I check every day and we’re finally in the queue to get it, but no date has been given yet. Meanwhile, 2 out of 3 kids got theirs and they’re both still working. Hubby and I are on SS with DD...and bupkis. Hubby is also in the hospitality field so he’s on unemployment now, but we have to wait for our stimulus check for no apparent rhyme or reason. So frustrating.
Isn’t it ultimately based on 2020 Income?

I think it is set up as a tax credit for 2020.
We got ours Tuesday via direct deposit. According to Forbes, we shouldn’t have gotten it for a while, but that was based on income, and not social security status. I thought the article was misleading. We make just enough to not have to pay taxes.
That totally sucks that your unemployment money is delayed. Hubby applied March 20th, right after the restaurant where he works shut down. We’re still 10 days behind as far as payments go, but at least he’s receiving money weekly now. This is such a cluster**** and I hope we all recover from it quickly.
