No way in he!!. That’s NOT contact tracing. Contract tracing means interviewing someone who has tested positive and finding out who he was in contact with.

No because if someone is sick and they say they went to church they need to be able to contact all the other people who went to church that day, and all the people THEY were in contact with, and lock it all down.
