FACIAL tattoos were once only seen on the most die-hard inkers.
But in recent months celebrities like Chris Brown and Justin Bieber have helped the popularity of facial artwork soar.
Singer Brown went under the needle in January, getting a Nike Air Jordan shoe tattooed on his cheek.
A month later, model and actress Amber Rose revealed on her Instagram she'd had the names of her two sons, Bash and Slash, inked on her forehead.
Since then more stars have posted pictures of their facial tattoos.
Cindy Crawford's son Presley has "misunderstood" inked under his eye, while actress Amanda Bynes has a heart on her cheek.
But an inking above the neckline can often be something you live to regret - .

The triangle thing?
Yup
How does one learn these things?
By reading the FreeRepublic.
Good point. I learn a lot of peculiar information the same way, not to mention everything I know about pop culture.
I hope the police were able to get a description . . .
I met a man once who had SATIN tattooed on his forehead. His tattooer had mis spelled satan.
I laughed in his face.
I’ve never been young or drunk enough to do that.
A thousand of years from now archeologists will be digging up our graveyards and pondering the question whether the level of tattooing indicated one’s status in society or their level in the high priesthood. They won’t know it’s was because a big part of our population were dumber than dirt.
Tattoos are for followers.
People who do this should just tattoo “I am an idiot” on their faces.
Same, when I was growing up it was ex-cons and sailors that had tattoos. No one would dream of getting one. In the early 80’s I came home from college one weekend with a pierced ear. My dad called me a name that rhymes with momo and berated me the entire weekend. I took stupid thing out as soon as I got in the car on my way back to school.
And I never did.
OK,boys and girls...have at it.Tell me how narrow minded I am! LOL!
If you must have a tattoo (eeeek...needles!) then have it put someplace where you can cover it with conventional clothing.
It means something "personal" to you? Then keep it personal.
Years ago at a California restaurant, the waiter, a young white kid, had a full Maori face tattoo. I always wonder how quickly he regretted that.
At Goth Day at Disneyland ten years ago, a lady in a black dress had a tattoo of a lady in a black dress shooting herself in the head (lots of red in that tattoo). I thought about how shed explain it to her future kids or grandkids!
Looks like Brennan
And the shame is shes not ugly,
but decided to go native anyway
Where I work you better NOT show any tattoo when interviewing, or you just flunked (although you’ll never be told that).
No regerts!
