Question to the more savvy internet mavens here on FR:
Been seeing several versions of postings and repostings/tweets of "I'm an ICU Nurse....and we're running out of bodybags" and PPE etc...coupled with detailing an element of known to be true modes of operation in dignified,respectful and safe honoring of the passing of nearest kin. Example: Using Zoom for remote "attendance" with loved ones passing (mandated by hospital infectious disease, guidance of CDC?). This is on the usual culprits- "butt" book, tweets from twits anti-social steered media.
Is this a thing- have you seen this and can they be traced?
These are most often re-posts of some unknown "ICU nurse"... notably not ER physicians or emergent/preventative care. Always anonymous (provided a cover-- they don't want to get fired, so they say).
Seeing these out of many locations/urban hospital settings without the case loads seen in real hotspots-- cast as "local" true stories. A pattern to continue to ramp up Cloward-Piven overwhelming of systems- clearly not true.
Asking this because it tries to steal the recognition and takes away the personal risk of real nursing medical staff and has a ring of "fake" to it, Stolen Valor from real medical heroes, and is so wrong with so much "mob in the street" cachet. Med staff ive worked with over decades do not-- like true war heroes "toot their own horn".
The real folks in the trenches, the real local heroes,many of whom have contracted the virus from constant exposure at risk,should not be minimized by people with a lying agenda.

I saw the same crap by workers at funeral homes, so I did some research, in the US there is around 7000 deaths every day in the US, CDC shows this number way down , I think around 1500 a day, so the empty body bags number should be growing, not the other way. Call your local funeral home and ask how is biz?

LOL No way was that printed as I am sure they cared little about the earth healing when millions were dying.
I just tried to check the CDC on this, interesting that the page I wanted is not available. If this is true this is because people are not going to the hospital for elective surgeries, etc., makes you wonder.

From days long ago when I did hospital purchasing, I recall the number of body bags at even a large hospital was relatively small. Easy to run out if there are an unusual number of hospital deaths compared to people dying at home. Not sure that’s really a ‘shortage’ as in ‘none available anywhere’.
Exactly. Good Lord. The death rate being down overall has been publicized. I suppose meme makers depend on people who can not think nor apply reasoning.
