Did anybody happen to catch the segment on Rush's show today where he recited two Californian studies (one in Santa Clara one in SoCal) that indicates that anywhere from 44% to 58% of Californians have been infected by covid-19 but didn't know it because so many of those people showed no symptoms.

“Of those tested for antibodies in the county, 6% of men tested positive compared to 2% of women.

“Seven percent of the African Americans in the sample group tested positive for antibodies. The same was true for 6% of white participants, 4.2% of Asian participants, and 2.5% of Latinx [?] participants.

“In terms of age, 2.4% of people between 18 and 34 tested positive for antibodies, along with 5.6% of participants between 35 to 54 years old, and 4.3% of participants 55 and older.”

Up to 442,000 people in L.A. County may have already had coronavirus, antibody study estimates

Must read articles about that study;

Actual study, and comments;
https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.04.14.20062463v1

“The high reported positive rate in this serosurvey may be explained by the false positive rate of the test and/or by sample recruitment issues.”
https://medium.com/@balajis/peer-review-of-covid-19-antibody-seroprevalence-in-santa-clara-county-california-1f6382258c25

“The researchers involved in the Santa Clara study say that they assessed the sensitivity and specificity of the antibody tests in an initial 37 positive samples and 30 negative controls. The tests identified 68% of the positive samples and 100% of the negatives.”
https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-020-01095-0

“The UK government learnt about this the hard way after it ordered 3.5 million tests from several companies in late March, only to later discover that none of these tests performed well enough.

“No test is better than a bad test,” says Michael Busch, director of the Vitalant Research Institute in San Francisco.”

Dr. Birx has talked about this a lot at the briefings. They want a super accurate antibody test.

Here’s a very good tweet thread critique of the study.

This tweet from that thread puts the study results in in ineteresting perspective!

nother critique of the non-peer reviewed Santa Clara study study;

Does that mean President Trump was had too?

Maybe. There's a big problem when so many are willing to lie to you, and many who don't routinely lie get information from those who do.

In either event, once you get 10% of the population panicky, you almost HAVE to go along with it.

Chris Martenson does a good job of exposing the fake study cited here. https://youtu.be/R8Pv77R3g1E...there may be an attempt to emphasize the worst case scenario to err on the side of caution..lives are at risk..but there is very much a movement on to minimize the risks and to breed indifference..to kill people with pride..as long as they are laughing at someone else as they die..thats all the minimizers care about..

When you have a problem..I’ll pray for you. When you laugh about making your problem my family’s problem by going to your protest marches. Getting infected, running to the grocery store and passing your infection out..then you and I will have a problem. There are people who have never met you that hate you by the default of their ideology and they would like nothing better than to kill you by the means of yourself. Do not be deceived by these minimizers propaganda.

BTW, Martinson can express some lack of support for Trumps approach. But he is spot on with numbers and the dangers..thanks to him, by the grace of God. I was buying masks. Hand sanitizer, etc..months ago when guys like Rush were still calling “ like the flu”. If anything, Limbaugh is still a victim of the Chinese lying about the severity..

“then you and I will have a problem.”

No, we won’t. Anyone cowardly enough to believe in and practice these tyrannical measures is just that, a coward.
