(FR) SYSTÈME DE CRYPTOMONNAIE UTILISANT DES DONNÉES D'ACTIVITÉ CORPORELLE
Abstract
(EN)
Human body activity associated with a task provided to a user may be used in a mining process of a cryptocurrency system. A server may provide a task to a device of a user which is communicatively coupled to the server. A sensor communicatively coupled to or comprised in the device of the user may sense body activity of the user. Body activity data may be generated based on the sensed body activity of the user. The cryptocurrency system communicatively coupled to the device of the user may verify if the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is verified.

This is Bill Gates' patent (060606 for those who missed it) granted last month creating a cryptocurrency linked to a social control system where they send you a command and you get money if you obey.
Make of it what you will.

“Body activity data may be generated based on the sensed body activity of the user. “
Another cute way of snooping on people. Probably just a coincidence.

For a moment there, I mistook a certain word in that headline for “cavity”.
Or perhaps that wasn’t a mistake...

I need new glasses. I thought the headline said
CRYPTOCURRENCY SYSTEM USING BODY CAVITY DATA.
Though considering Gates and the BOHICA aspect, it makes as much sense.

OK it’s not Bill Gates, he hasn’t been in charge of MS for a long time. And so what. Seems like a point system for exercise. Lots people I know have pedometers related to their work’s wellness plan so they get a discount on their insurance. What I always find funny about them is you don’t actually have to hit a step count or anything, just have it. And remember, it is just a patent. Doesn’t mean they’re doing anything with it, other than making sure they get paid if somebody else figures out how to monetize the idea.

Or a social credit gulag like the one the ChiComs have.
Could be either one.
So why worry?

Could as easily be used in PokemonGo to get people to an event. Until there’s an app that using it it don’t mean nothing. Just a patent. All kinds of crap that nobody has ever actually done anything with is patented.
