This link has a link to the CDC website and it is showing deaths from all causes are at 5 year lows. Yes people are dying of CV - but It could be one tenth the number that is getting published. If lots of people were dying, who weren’t naturally going to die that day anyway, then the CDC weekly published national death numbers would be significantly higher. They would show a big jump up to reflect the 30k people who have supposedly died from CV. Definitely worth checking this site again once a week.
Good job on the protests and good job that Trump tweeted that some of these lockdown rules are excessive in some states. There is no limit to the tyrannical actions that Dems will engage in if they can claim it is for your own good.

I am so tired of the Covid Cowards running my life! I do take reasonable precautions, as I do during the flu season or other times of “bugs going around.” But the numbers just do not warrant more than that.
The stats are available on the worldometer site. Run them for yourself and see what the chances of you getting sick actually are. Then, subtract the stats from New York from the rest of the country. That makes a major improvement.

The China flu has not yet impacted us much where I live, that is true. The clovis cowards though have made things almost as ridiculous here as I understand it is in the US. What makes me mad though, is the conviction cowards in the upper management of the company I work for had decided I and my hubby must leave this relatively safe place, travel through Asia, and get back to the US. I am not going to New York, after all. With reasonable precautions, the danger can be mitigated. It would be smarter not to force the trip in the first place.

Looking at the data from Oceania it looks like you are correct. It’s crazy to make you get on an airplane. I mean, you are going to have to asses the risk for yourself. Is the data we are getting from Oceania accurate outside of Australia? Or is there actually a lot of virus there that is just 3rd world unreported? To me, I don’t think so but you’re there. From what I’ve read about mining and manufacturing in Indonesia it would like a pretty “First WOrld” place.
