I thought the Fauch said that testing wouldn’t help, as you can test negative one day, but become positive the next.

Is this a DAILY testing requirement??

It would have to be daily in order to provide any sort of useful information, because the test result is just a snapshot of that precise moment.

I can’t get the images from that Ecuador video of my head. That really was apocalyptic looking. Bodies washing up in the surf. That is the stuff of true nightmares. I don’t think testing is going to save us if this beast is truly capable of that.

My bank changed a lot of their policies on this. I received a check from the IRS for my mom’s estate. Talk about a “special” handling situation under normal times. It went right through TD Banks online deposit.

Questions about the Ecuador video.

Why are these bodies in the ocean?

Who put them there?

Ecuador is a Catholic country, why didn’t the relatives give them a decent burial?

Did the deceased just decide, all at the same time, to wade out into the water and die?

Have the bodies been tested for the virus?

Could this be the result of a drug war between cartels?

Mexico has lots of mass murders by the cartels.

Something you might be interested in. I am of the opinion that Type 2 induces a high glucose environment leading to bacterial growth and not the other way around. I agree it may be a viscous cycle.

My dentist is interested in prevotella. He observed far greater gingivitis in his diabetes patients and studied some of the bacterial changes. He also found those patients who altered their diet to a ketogenic one, reversed their gingivitis and improved their oral bacteria health.

Dentist have clout in persuading patients to change their eating. I imagine a combination of needle injection, extraction and drilling may be the most powerful motivator.

I don't know. I think at this point even family physicians would have a difficult time providing medical advice on the COVID-19 ICU wards.

I think it depends on the hospital and level of care. I'll discuss it with my wife. She already knows what I would want to take if I was in isolation and I know she would make sure the attending knew
