Sorry for the vanity, but I am concerned, I work in the hospitality industry, always have. There have always been highs and lows, but this is the low of lows.
With the government mandate of social distancing, I'm afraid that there will be no big gatherings, such as wedding receptions, proms, family reuions, company meetings, etc in the future.
Yes it is a possibility.
At last resort I am hoping that lawsuits over freedom of assembly will be found in the citizens favor. But that may take time.
Rights. So hard to win. So easy to lose.
Improvise.
Adapt.
Overcome.
You can do it.

Yep and what there is will be much smaller

Pray for the truth to be revealed to ALL leadership! Pray works and can change minds and directions. Have faith.
There will be. This will not last much longer.
80,000 US citizens died of the flu the winter of 2018 and nobody fluttered an eyelash because propaganda media didn’t think of exploiting it by celebrating every death.
They have finally accomplished through a hoax “pandemic” what they have been trying to do for decades with “climate change.”
That should tell you something.
I was supposed to be an usher in my buddy’s daughters wedding in mid may.
So far it has been postponed until mid Sept.
It will take time but all will be back to normal. The social distancing deal will be around for a long time but gatherings will happen, people will drink at parties and forget about it etc.
I know as a Father to 22 and 26 daughters that will be marrying within the next 2-3 years, I will not allow this BS to get in the way.
It’s going to be annoying and frustrating for a while, and we have to beat back the natural tendency of the capital ‘S’ State to grow and advance and chew away at freedom, but it’s going to be fine, and it’s going to be normal again. A few things will be worse, a few things better, but mostly same as it was, with 4 more years of Trump.
Things will be back to normal in two shakes of a lamb’s tail.
Don’t worry. American’s have short attention spans and short term memory for this type of thing especially since it didn’t turn into the zombie apocalypse it was predicted to be by the ‘experts’. Summer is coming and people will be ready to go out and enjoy it. Maybe people will take more precautions when the typical cold and flu seasons come around again.

If many many more of us have been exposed and even had a mild version of the CCP virus, then many are already immune. I think things will go back to normal. We cant live in fear.
there is no such thing as normal! Societies are always undergoing change, evolution and adaptation. For more or less what is normal always changes.
Yes a defeatist attitude is our worst enemy.
We should be realistic about the carnage but also as those who are not fear driven and who have right principles and philosophy we need to get busy and take over. Not despair.
The world will never be the same.
Just like 9/11 changed so many things, the Wuhan Virus will change many things.
What those changes are, we still do not know...but we now can see how abusive gov’t can be.
We have been given warnings about big gov’t.....FISA abuse, surveillance of citizens without permission, quarantines, suspension of rights, gun confiscation, etc.
We will not be given warnings forever. Soon, it will be too late.
Imagine life from 1942-1945. Everything rationed, not hearing from sons fighting overseas, dreading that knock on the door from a representative of the Army, or getting that telegram.
This is nothing.
