Oh my, did she not look in the mirror before she went out? There is so much wrong with that dress on that woman. Starting with seeing her belly button, no one should have to see that. Ill fitting, too tight, and she seems to not know it. This picture, right here is proof that this woman does not have the sense to govern herself, let alone a state.
