Social distancing has kept millions of people in their homes for weeks. The new rules against large gatherings has also closed most offices across the United States. So what happens when Americans start going back to work? Scientists say rethinking the way our buildings are designed could help stop the spread of coronavirus.
In a scientific review, published in the journal mSystems, a team of researchers reveal two things every home and office can do to lower the transmission of COVID-19. First, scientists recommend opening up windows to improve air flow. The team from the University of California, Davis and University of Oregon also say letting more natural light into a room will help create a healthier environment.

Hotels nickel and dime you for any and everything anymore.
Open the windows?
Even if I could, it’s 37 degrees outside right now.
That was truly funny!
What if it’s snowing?
Buy a still suit.
I suggest an OK IR scan thermometer test as the price of admission to work. Fast, accurate and non-contact.
If you don’t pass the test you get the day off.
Liberalism is the #1 cause of death. What is it, 50 million babies murdered since Roe v. Wade and almost a million every year in the USA. And even during national crisis with the virus, lunatics like Nutzy Pelosi still want money for abortion. “Gotta kill the babies! Gotta kill the babies! #1 priority!! Keep the mass murdering up!”
And you can add even higher numbers due to the banning of DDT.
Upgrade the air filters to HEPA 12.
UV light in the air duct shining on the filter.
Cleaning crew to wipe down/sterilize door handles and common touch surfacces.
Sterilize your phone handsets.

btw, two of the most hair-raising words in the english language are: “scientists say...”
Open windows !? I better rethink and align my portfolio focus from buggy whips to paper weights !
What would be bogus about it? I guarantee you would be charged to replace the glass in the window, as you should be.
Also not an option in the South either, even if the windows are capable of being opened.
> but I was afraid Id be charged some sort of bogus window-breaking fee <
As Foghorn Leghorn might say, its a joke son.
:)
If you add up the odds of dying from all causes, it adds up to precisely 100%.
I once stayed at the Disneyland Hotel on business in the mid-1980s.
Don’t remember the [other-than-Disney] management company, but IIRC, there were some odd itemizations on the bill for such things as carpet wear, elevator button wear, etc.
