The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).

This one was easy, but not familiar. When I got the first sentence, I guessed the author.
Quick and simple, but I had to google the last name.
Easy, only about a minute. I must tell Fang about this...
