What kind of population control? One of the fears is that Gates promotes vaccines which, as a side benefit, sterilizes the recipient. It's not a "bug", it's a "feature".
All of this stuff needs to examined to see if it's crazy. But Gates is promoting vaccines to save lives and also promoting population control so that we have fewer people. There is an inherent contradiction there. How does he achieve both goals?
