Todays Cryptogram
SOUGCPO ZLBG TYBWOAUGP YP QBSO YP ZLBG PLRP YRT AUYSO AOUQ DLAO AL PAYRT BI VLG XOYA CP GCWOA. GBAO DYTUG WCRPDBGW
The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.
You can certainly send your solution to my private reply, or if you need a hint for todays Cryptogram. If you're just starting out on these, be patient, as you'll be proficient in no time.
If you need a little help you can copy the cryptogram and paste it to Hals Helper below:
You can then work on the puzzle without using pen and paper.
Tricky one today from The Arkansas Gazette
Lock in the sequence from words 4, 5 & 6 as its seen quite often. Otherwise theres no other way to break into this one.
That was a fun one! Many short words, several dead ends, but still a quick one.
Gah! I’ve spent 10 minutes on dead ends. I have to leave for my “essential” job as a preschool teacher but will get to this later today.
Took about a minute. Words 4 and 18 and off to the races.
4 and 6 led to 9 then to 14 which opened everything up
4th word and next-to-last word are the key. Somehow I tripped over the author’s first name and it was then as easy as falling off a log. 2min.

A tough one today but I got it! Took about 4 minutes once I stumbled in to 3
There must be something wrong with the puzzle. I couldnt get fetuses to fit into the third word.

UGH....
For some unknown reason the authors name is one of the first that ran through my mind....when I seemingly ‘bogged down’ I said, what the hey, filled it in and the rest is history.
Not so sure I can put much stock in THIS person trying to ‘lecture’ on right/wrong/morals/morale.
Also wonder if the author said it or the ‘double’ that is (supposedly) running around as a standin....<: <: <:
The author is badder than most.
Did YOU just hear a groan???
Why YES you did!!!!!!! <: <: <:
This one I had to put down and then I went for a walk with the dog. Came back and solved it right away.
I am still trying to decipher: Cryptogram
To bad the author has a warped sense of her own quote
