Jane Fonda claims she received preferential treatment when she was arrested during a climate change protest because she is white and famous.

The 82-year-old actress was detained four times last year during weekly demonstrations in Washington.

I agree, she probably got preferential treatment, not because she is white but because she is a leftist and the police know that she would have come after them if they did not treat her special. The police were simply doing what they deemed necessary to protect their livelihood.

And this, folks, is the problem of the state juxtaposed with the human requirement to meet Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.
