University in CA is cheap for residents, and CA is full of programs tailored to the needs of the huge entertainment industry. UCLA, USC, CalPoly, CalStateLA - that’s where you go to school and develop friends and networks while studying and working.
So why did she go to Chicago? WHO was there at that time? The whole Democrat machine featuring future Prez B Obama as a senator to the Illinois legislature, and his wife M Obama. M Obama went out of her way toward Duchess M Markle, but M Obama has always completely ignored future Queen Consort Kate M, and both MO and that Antichrist B Obama insulted the Queen.
