The way it works is a letter stands for another letter. For example: AXYDLBAAXR is LONGFELLOW (does not apply to today's cryptogram).
Beware, the game is very addictive. If this is your first time, don't be intimidated.
PLEASE DO NOT post the answer in general comments, but DO post your time and any tips you might give the group on how you solve these puzzles as puzzle solvers love to hear how you made out.

Today’s puzzle looks scary at first until you peruse it a little bit and find some familiar friends starting with word #3.
Then it’s like opening gifts at Christmas time!!!
3 minutes today is the goal, only because there are so many words to write out.

Started this one with JN NJP, which led to the first word, and then it was just filling in.
Having done these for a while now it is easy to recognize certain patterns, which of course is a great help.
And by stupid I mean AWESOME!
Tried something new (starting in middle) went through it quicker than the MSM is making up #s etc.

We’ve been doing this daily for over a year and you are just coming to that conclusion? LOL. Some people need this as their wake-up. I use it as my morning attitude adjustment. :)
I know, but I picture you there all by yourself, and laughing your butt off...Then again, life is a big joke, and it’s easy to find humor in it every day, unless you’re a cranky Ole liberal left wing democrat.
I had already solved the CG when I saw this - I literally lol’d ! Sadly that song is now stuck in my head - or at least that one small part of it.
