Well, the twitter user who posted this lives in Hong Kong, I assume he/she would have noticed the discrepancy. But maybe not.

But we are supposed to believe this woman will use even 1% of those masks? She is sending 99% of them to China? She has that many friends? If not she's just putting "China" on the label ? No! Someone else, if not her, is organizing this. Who? And she doesn't realize it will come here, and people in this country might need some?

Especially of late, a lot of Hong Kongers are not exactly fond of their brethren in the mainland, so he/she may have wanted to intentionally foster some more bad feelings between the US and China?

I agree. She’s a hoarder. There’s no need to buy many thousands of masks for personal use. As mentioned, its a kind of stupid, panicky, selfish, 3rd world thinking.
