I presume that many informed medical specialist are using their understanding of molecular biology to understand Covid-19 and postulate ways to apply therapeutic measures to diminish the negative impact to the disease. Dr. Zelenko mentioned that he had reviewed the experience in China, South Korea, France and Spain and came up with informed theories as how to treat infected patients.

The virus invades the cell cytoplasm (outer layer) and replicates vigorously to damage the (lung??) cell and also “bud off” (spread the virus, say through coughing) sending millions of new virus to infect human bodies. The key is how to stop/attenuate the replication of the virus when it enters the cell cytoplasm.
It turns out if the concentration of zinc in the cytoplasm can be increased the replication mechanism is attenuated. But how do you get the zinc into the cell? (Oral zinc will not do it!)

Another solution is to bring on the Zinc Ionophore [https://youtu.be/U7F1cnWup9M?t=93]. From a 2014 cancer study, research has indicated that CHLOROQUINE Diphosphate (used to treat malaria since 1955) will open a gate into the cell and then available zinc is transported into the cell, significantly increasing the intercellular zinc. The combination of chloroquine and zinc gets the desired effect – more zinc in the cell and the shutdown of the virus replication.
Papers have been published in China, South Korea, and France, and several tests/trials are ongoing in NYC. The MedCram doctors are encouraging randomized control trials, but at this time they are cautiously optimistic. With this background, it is understandable why Zelenko took the steps that he did to treat his patients. In time, the trials will tell whether this is treatment is “proven” to be a good approach to the disease.
Snopes is a proven disinformation source. It’s not relevant at all except as proof there is an active disinformation campaign against a possible known effective therapy against the Chi-Com Virus.

Of course it’s unproven. Pretty much everything involving the virus is unproven. The timescale for proof is longer than thousands have. At some point, for a limited deployment, it will have to be ‘good enough’.
Which doesn’t mean we have to dispense with all safety and review, just drop a few 9s off it, and limit its scope of deployment.
If Snopes is attacking a proven treatment, the only conclusion we can draw is that they were told to attack it.
The deep state wants the economy and consequently Trump to fail.
I believe this viral attack was planned for this purpose in the US and to Federalize Europe.
Dr. Zelenko provides medical care to a community of Hasidic Jews who live together, like a commune, in a small town in New York. Apparently that group has a very high incidence rate of the virus.

At the time he says this was going down tests in NYS were limited to symptomatic and close contacts only and private doctors had limited access to tests. In NY positives to negatives are running around 1 in 5. So he needed to test 3500 patients in his two small offices. Test returns, even today run 48 hours. Now HCQ and Zpack have been used for a while. I know a young ER doc in Brooklyn who tested positive, was hospitalized in her hospital with severe symptoms. She was given HCQ and Zpack immediately with hi power O2. She was home in 6 days. Still suffering a bit but virus free. So I am not dumping on HCQ only saying the doc’s numbers are totally unproven.
I agree totally. He has treated everyone with the sniffles. He has no clue how many covid patients he has treated. This is a blog not a serious clinical report. People that tout this as evidence lose all credibility

It IS evidence. People may disagree about whether it’s proof.
