This is the result of an outbreak on the base, where two recruits were brought on for training, were likely asymptomatic and have since infected dozens of recruits, according to a military official.

Remdesivir is starting to make a big difference in some patients. Hopefully they will release more of it.
I’m also praying for Dr Jesse Yisachar Greenberg, a NYC specialist. No word on him. They were appealing for remdesivir for him too. His colleague Dr Patel was discharged. They used iv tocilizumab on him.

That video is perplexing.
Stores are well stocked with fresh and packaged foods.
At my local Save Mart yesterday they had an abundance of everything.
The key to the story....FREE food. If you go to the store, you have to pay for it, one way, or another.
That’s similar to the lines of people, in the Houston area, who received boxes of free food, at area high schools, a few weekends ago.
No social distancing...just tons of people lined up for their FREE stuff.
At least these cars are enforcing social distancing....lol.
Our part time neighbor just called to say they’re coming here (their vacation house) to escape CV in their area. They’ve invited their kid and lover from San Antonio and some friends from Houston and all their pets and who knows who all else. Excuse me? Good grief. We don’t want you here. We don’t want all the bleepin’ tourists coming in bringing CV with them. The neighbors and all their family and friends may have it.
Oh, and they want to get their construction people back on the job they haven’t finished and want to get building materials delivered. More potential CV.

No food and no money.
We’ve all seen the stats that about half of Americans have zero savings, could not put together $500.00 if needed to in an emergency.
This is what that looks like two weeks after they are out of work.
The world just doesn’t get it. Why are planes still flying? Any American who wasn’t home 3 weeks ago, well, sorry, they knew and had plenty of time to get themselves home way back when.
