People should be able to waive 2020 SE tax payment and get refunds of their 2017 and later year SE tax payments in exchange for 3% per year requested future SS payout reductions.

The reductions should be waived if 2020 first-hand quarter personal income was less than $10,000.

Hotels and motels needing income should be able by state and local law to sell off rooms for affordable housing.

Any person on the job interacting with another person should being wearing a mask at this point.

I heated a cloth rag and underwear elastic to 175 degrees in my oven without obvious damage to either. That temperature should be high enough to disable the virus. Health care workers might place their used masks on metal trays and bake them for their personal reuse.

Companies might make snap-together plastic frames so ordinary people can easily make their own masks.

A cottage cheese container fits my face fairly well, but is very uncomfortable. Minor molding changes would be needed for comfort. A hole in the bottom could be partially cut out and cloth glued in place.

At home, the freezable stuff could be frozen, the produce washed using soapy water and other stuff left in bags for ten days unless needed earlier.

Business does should open automatically, be propped open, have their handles soaped down as appropriate or Walmart style hand wipes provided.

If the mailbox door of 2 Hills Road has coronavirus on it, the mail for the next 20 houses will likely also have coronavirus on it soon. A mailbox door should be opened with one's right hand, which should then grab the mail and push the mailbox door closed. One's front door should be opened with one's left hand, which should also close the front door. The mail should be placed on the floor and if possible left there 10 days without being opened. Both hands should be washed with soap and water.

If one garbage can handle on your street has coronavirus on it, the next 20 garbage can handles the binman uses might also get contaminated with coronavirus.

Recycling bins present a similar hazard as garbage cans. Recycling should be stopped until June. Foreign countries should prohibit recycling transport ships from docking.

Restaurants might ask their landlord or city government for permission to place plastic tables & chairs 30 feet apart in the parking lot or street. Busboys could soap down the table and chairs after collecting the dishes.

Delivery people and waiters should be subject to the minimum wage laws applied to cooks so they don't have to get or touch tip money.

Airliners have means of supplying oxygen via masks to passengers, which means pure air can be supplied through masked means too. A passenger might pick up a mask with a supply port and an exhale port and attached plugs for each port. Airlines would have to provide an exhale extraction network for the airliner.

Low-carbohydrate diets might keep gut bacteria loads lower. Amoxicillin or poultry industry antibiotics might be useful in hospitalized coronavirus patients.

Keeping one's teeth brushed and flossed and using mouthwash would allow the local immune system to better fight the virus.

Remove the heating elements from a hairdryer. Make a hole in a mask near its bottom near its center. Insert the forward end of a bicycle rear brake cable through the mask hole. Tape the cable to the patient's nose. Tape the cable sheathing to the patient's chin when the patient's mouth is closed. The rear end of the brake cable should be used to open and close an electric switch for the hairdryer. This switch might be made using a flexible metal hacksaw blade or spring to better cope with mouth opening distance variation.

I breathe about every three seconds. A metal axle with a fan blade and a metal disc could be rotated at about the same rate by say an electric fan. This disc could have a notch to allow a pressure-driven brake to temporarily stop its rotation. A first motor brush could contact the metal axle. A second motor brush could contact the disc. Once the patient stops exhaling the pressure would come off the brake and the disc would rotate again. The second brush would soon come off the non-conducting arc, electricity would flow to the blower which would blow air into the patient's lungs via tubing. Electricity to the blower would be cut off when the second brush enters the 90 degree non-conducting area of the arc. The patient would exhale. The exhale pressure-driven brake would enter the notch. When the patient stops exhaling a new cycle would begin.

If you pay 300,000,000 people $400 a week, 1 week would = $120,000,000,000 Billion Dollars. 10 weeks would be $1,200,000,000,000 1.2 Trillion Dollars.

Two-year old welfare recipients don’t need personal unemployment compensation or even $500 venal voter payoffs.

His grandstanding changed nothing. He was demanding people fly on air planes ( potential exposure) to be in the same room to possibly contaminate each other
