Today Trump signed in to law a whole slew of new alphabet-soup agencies: CPFF (Commercial Paper Funding Facility) – buying commercial paper from the issuer. PMCCF (Primary Market Corporate Credit Facility) – buying corporate bonds from the issuer. TALF (Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility) – funding backstop for asset-backed securities. SMCCF (Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility) – buying corporate bonds and bond ETFs in the secondary market. MSBLP (Main Street Business Lending Program)

Thing is, the Fed isn’t allowed to do any of these things. But the Dep’t of the Treasury, under CEO Steve Mnuchin and President Donald J. Trump can.

The Fed will finance a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for each alphabet soup. Treasury, using the Exchange Stabilization Fund, will make an equity investment in each SPV, acting as banker and providing financing.

Trump is very smart in Finance (Good Brain) but I suspect Mnuchin’s fingerprints are all over this construct. It’s not only brilliant but the Dems have no idea what just happened, they’re too busy pissing and moaning over their green bad deal to realize Trump just acquired the keys to the government’s printing press.

Here’s info on Texas action on hydroxy and azithro (copied n pasted from FB) they limited the prescription to a 14 day supply.

“No prescription or medication order for chloroquine or hydroxychloroquine may be dispensed or distributed unless all the following apply:

(a) the prescription or medication order bears a written diagnosis from the prescriber consistent with the evidence for its use;

(b) the prescription or medication order is limited to no more than a fourteen (14) day supply, unless the patient was previously established on the medication prior to the effective date of this rule; and

(c) no refills may be permitted unless a new prescription or medication order is furnished.”

If you have been using this medication long term, you should have no issue getting it as long as supplies are readily available. Your healthcare provider may just need to send a new script to your pharmacy with your qualifying diagnosis.

I think the thing is, instead of the Treasury paying interest to a private bank (the Fed) on the national debt, in future we will be paying it to ourselves, essentially canceling it out. It’s the INTEREST on the National Debt that has been crippling our budget. Since currently ALL money is debt, the national debt = the money supply, and it’s only ever gone up.
