I’ll take the eye. Its considered a delicacy.
I remember reading long ago a description of a banquet somewhere. The eye of the animal served was considered a great delicacy, and if the host offered it to you it was a great insult to turn it down.
Can’t recall where it was, but it may have been somewhere in the Middle East.
So was the sheep’s eye in some places we lived. My dad got very good at slight of hand.
