Go low-carb. The sugar just feeds the viruses if you have a few inside you. No better time to go keto and you’ll lose some weight too while helping to protect your health.
LOL.
That’s a good idea.

“All the cases so far have remained mild, thankfully, although I suspect most are early in the disease process. Ages range from 20-80+. Can’t rely on the chief complaint to be the typical viral syndrome, as I have had one who came in for abdominal pain and another was an older gentleman with altered mental status. Many of them don’t have fever. Several of them have pretty unremarkable lab work, although many have several of the typical lab or imaging abnormalities. Many of these patients are being seen by healthcare workers w/o proper PPE due to atypical complaints. One of the confirmed patients was brought in by EMS without any PPE on whatsoever, although I don’t think they realized that this patient was at risk for having it. Unfortunately, after talking with some of my local EMS friends, they are getting absolutely no education regarding ways to protect themselves, and who they should suspect this in, at least according to them.
so for those with family in the biz who have no PPE ...
people are doing something on 3d printers and then using some version of Lexan

Hey there, I’m in medical sales and my entire team as well as most surgeons I work with have tested positive for coronavirus here in LA. I’m on day 7 of symptoms and finally got a test just to confirm. The test was positive.
I’m 39 with no other comorbidities. I have had a fever, chills, and a dry cough this past week. I do feel congestion in my chest but breathing is still okay.
I’m riding this out at home and hopefully this is uplifting to many of you as my symptoms are very manageable.
To be honest, I’m glad to be getting it over with.
Symptoms:
Symptom free Day 9
Loss of appetite: Day 1-8
Pain around eyes: Day 1-3
Fever/chills: Day 2-8
Dry cough: Day 4-8
Chest congestion: Day 4-8
Diarrhea: Day 1-8
Fatigue/Sleeping: Day 2-8
Loss of taste/smell: Day 2-8
Actually, I was referring to the latest batch of flu bros which includes faculty members of leading universities and other scientists.
The Flu Bros have brought out the A team for this round...

Today we have our first death so the stats are now:
*12 confirmed cases....1 death
I've not seen any changes since last nights confirmed figures. I expect there will be more later today. it had gone from zero cases until last Wed. and by Wed this week there were 12. I don't now what a hospital lock down looks like....I just know there are serious restrictions currently on who enters, and you are escorted. No visitors at all. A family memeber worked at Passavant Hospital for years after working in the ER at Allegeny for years....now working for a large Insurance Company.

I am currently taking zinc, Quercetin, vitamin c and melatonin. Green tea also looks to be an ionosphere of Zinc so it will likely have benefits! Remember Zinc is positively charged ion and can’t get into the cell so taking these supplements will theoretically open up a few doors to help it get in.
That’s from a 2017 article from Philly (back when they were trying to outlaw bulletproof glass as racist or something)
So, of the 6786 in the 45-64 range, 5060 of them are over 50. So...45-64 is really - 45-50, roughly 1730 and the rest over 50.
Why would anyone vape?
The flubros threads are more scary than wandering through a NYC ER these days.

LOL....true!
Well, that slaps down the practice of a positive flu test stops further CV testing. But we knew that.
Evaluate with your eyes.
