The Rev. Giuseppe Berardelli, 72, refused to take the respirator while in a hospital after finding out the other patient who was a complete stranger also needed it, according to the BBC.

I’m a protestant who believes God has his people in every church. From what I can tell from scripture, this priest will come up in the 1st resurrection. Not the 2nd one. He comes up in the one you want to come up in. It’s all in Revelation.

You think so? If these parishioners, in some measure, derived their idea of holiness and goodness from this priest’s precepts and example, then they would understand that they and he now had the privilege of being conformed more closely to the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ Our Lord.
