Maybe... we should shut off NYC like the Chinese shut off Hubei.

Cuomo saddened... for several hours a day... on FOX.

They are giving him a huge platform to ramble on and on for hours.

My wife’s comment was, “Well, FOX is kind of starved for program material, since they are sidelining many of their top commentators through social distancing and even remote appearance.”

Meanwhile, Slow Joe bumbles on... and the primaries which have the votes he needs for a guaranteed first ballot nomination are in limbo. Hmmmm...

He may have “spoke the truth”, but he LOST both me and my wife as voters.

You CANNOT prioritize the economy over American lives - PERIOD.

Yet, that’s exactly what our POTUS appears to be more than ready to do. A president’s NUMBER ONE job is to keep Americans safe and healthy - NOT to run up the market for the Chamber of Commerce, or so that he can get himself re-elected. (And, FWIW, I’ve lost an absolute boatload “on paper” in my retirement portfolio - but I’d rather be alive than to see it back to pre-CV19 levels).

We COULD. NOT. BELIEVE. what we were hearing from him during the townhall. I was literally screaming expletives at the TV, and looked over to see my wife in tears she was so astounded at what she was hearing. (Comparing this to “the flu” and car crashes? For the LOVE OF GOD!!!) And we both voted for him in 2016.

Sure won’t vote for him again. And I sure won’t vote for any of the other guys. Guess he’ll have to win our state (where he won by less than 1%) without us.

In 2016, I was a hard core Ted Cruz supporter. A Never Trumper as well. I only voted for him because he was “not Hillary”.

That said. I have paid close attention to him and what he has said and done. I have also watched closely how he has been under attack and by whom.

Today, I stand solidly behind our President Trump. I have been donating steadily to his campaign, something I have not done in several years with other candidates since President Reagan. I can’t wait to vote FOR the reelection of President Trump in November.

I believe that he will be looked upon as one of the greatest presidents to have every held that position.

Thank God for President Trump.

This is so true. Small business owners are watching their dreams, investments, and years of sacrifice slipping away. They need to be able to reopen while there is still a chance.

I’m going to take any money I get to support local small business where ever I can.

People want to get back to work. That’s who we are. Laying around just passing time is simply awful. Ask any retiree.

His messaging was better today than yesterday. Still I think it would reach more people in a positive way if he added the angles of 1) We’ve got these very promising treatments that my admin has approved off label, contributing to some of the projections coming down, and 2) We’re handling the logistics of getting the tests, PPE, ventilators and hospital beds to those hot spots especially where states need more help and supplies for us to do what we can. 3) We’re learning more about the precautions we can and should take to get people safely back to work when and as we can, which we believe will be soon—as long as we can sustain the social distancing and other precautions as we move into getting back to our regular life.

Nuisance will keep California on lockdown for months regardless of what Trump says. Same with Cuomo and the other blue state governors. I’d like to start working, going to the gym, and generally leading a normal life again. But I’m willing to do what it takes to keep the elderly at-risk population, which includes my dad, safe. The American economy has recovered from worse than this. But you can’t bring the dead back to life so I’m going to err on the side of safety.

Thanks for the link. Anthony Brian Logan is very bright. Wordy but bright. I admire his courage to spark up a camera, wear a Maga hat, express his views, and avoid “ums” and foul language. Bravo.

The disease is largely an urban thing, at least in Virginia. College students brought it to us. Radford has a case. If I am going shopping, I am going to Pearisburg instead of Blacksburg.

Folks, this is the time to be brutally honest.

Fact:
With Biden or any Democrat as President the country would have been in much better shape.

Actually, you would hardly even know a “pandemic” existed. With a Democrat in the White House no network would have even called attention to it.

Any mention in the US media, would have been some blurb about the 10,000-80,000 who die each year from the flu, and that the new American Flu (so-called because our citizens are catching it in the US) will probably “only” kill some where in the normal flu range.

So, someone needs to make this known to Biden, so that he can tout his superior leadership.

Did I see a headline that said President Trump canceled the Stimulus/Recovery bill because Nasty put too much “garbage” my word, into it and rendered it useless.

Or did I hallucinate?
