Since CONgress wants to play this Stupid Game right now, why can't President Trump just Eliminate Mandatory WithHolding since "The Victory Tax" was REPEALED 75 years ago? This alone would put Congress in a Box, when Every American had to write that Check every year, watch how fast our Tax system gets straightened out or watch the next Revolution over Taxes.
This could be the most entertainingg Act of my lifetime if the President really has the Balls to take on CONgress and Throw EVERYTHING right back in their Face.
