New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Saturday that the state was reckoning with a significant rise in the number of coronavirus cases, the majority of which were identified in residents younger than 60. Cuomo announced there were 10,356 confirmed cases across the state, 6,211 of which are in New York City, and 54% of which are from patients who are between 18 and 49 years old.

He is just as dead.
Yes.
Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn are being BOUGHT UP by Chinese. Put a house up for sale and see who frantically tries to buy it. There are not just "travelers", they are becoming your [lousy] neighbors.
When I recently told a former NYC teaching colleague, who has the lefty disease real bad, that I thought NYC had a bad COVID19 epidemic there because they declared themselves a sanctuary city and therefore had let in any and all manner of diseased illiterate unskilled criminals from everywhere, about which we know nothing, he was VERY quick to deny that.
I guess he doesn't look at maps. Where are the big COVID19 hotspots? Is it a coincidence that they seem to coincide strongly with sanctuary cities?
And so it goes.
Let them live with the consequences of their bad decisions.
Everyone here at a FR Was in a deep depression in 2009 after the election of Obama. No one had much time or inclination to opine on the swine flu.
Great
Even if true, and I doubt even these kinds of statistics from the criminal, leftist media, almost all of the ones under 50 will survive. This is normal, folks.
JoMa
Tell me about it, Im from an area in N Queens that went
Asian in the 80s, as the older demographic
died out people with $ coming in ironically from
areas we had managed to keep the Chicoms out of
as well as Hong Kong came in to get away
from the burgeoning Red hegemony
Im a coowner of a modest, decaying home
that has quintupled in value in 25 years
I dont live in it but when it can be sold
(Stupid but somewhat unique circumstances why not)
the asking price hopefully will start at 1M.
The value is not the home but location and transportation
The neighbors early 50s duplicate was sold after
the surviving spouse died and the buyers
(Chinese from Taiwan (I think)) gutted it
(A ranch house) and added a 2nd story
and reside there with their family
(not Sure how the zoning allowed it but
my understanding is that our street
a road with double line and bus route does)
2 curious, or maybe not, stories:
1) I dont know if its country specific but Asians
trespassing on locals property to evaluate it
seemed to be an common practice; this besides the
constant requests to sell from real estate agents
Our property has had hundreds of uninvited
guests over the years
Your recyclable for $ deposit items also get
poached too
2) I love the 90s anecdotal story of an Asian man
carrying lots of cash going into a gas station/garage in
Whitestone and offering to buy it, however the offer
was made to an attendant who took the $ and ran out
a back exit
Just found a site Covidtrackingproject that has hospitalizations. As of yesterday NY had 11500 positive tests. 45500 negative tests and 1600 hospitalizations.
No one ever said young people would not get the virus just that it was likely to be mild to very mild. Now if 50% of hospitilations are 18 to 49 male that could be explained by the presence of AIDS, fairly common in NY. Or behavior, vaping, very common among the 18 to 24 in NY.
As in hiv compromised....
Never...just basing it on the Congressional delegation...sorry.
Although Velasquez has replaced Adolphus Towns...
