I think it would be most useful for modeling. You look at movement in January, normal movement, and you've got the modeling for how much transmission you should see. Then you look at movement today, and you can get some fairly accurate expected transmission rates. It also tells you how effective each level of closure you are instituting is.

While the dose might not be enough to ‘cure’, wonder if it would reduce the amount of hospitalizations. Ie drinking tonic water would reduce hospitalization from this. Which would be a definite winner for everyone.
