“It really sucks that China stole not one, but two months from the world”
Yes, but remember that was the CCP.
Chinese doctors and regular citizens alerted the rest of the world, any by the Middle of January, there is no excuse for any other nation’s inaction.
The CCP will have to answer for this — but so will the deniers in this and every other country afflicted.
I remember when we had just 114 cases - about 2 weeks ago
Russia is going to be in a world of hurt if not already
“If you wanted to eliminate your enemy, long term...develop a virus that attacked the testicles and was as easily transmissible as the common cold.”
The Left did that decades ago, it’s call it Feminism. They really don’t need this on top of it...the West was already well into self-destruct mode without the virus.
So lets assume these things help but dont get fda approval for awhile. Any foods or things equivalent that we can get without a prescription
Yeah right?
It’s not like millenials have a surplus of T to begin with.
My 10yr old fixed male cat has more T than most of them.
“Wuhan Today: City bids farewell to life savers
Until we meet again- medical assistance teams start leaving Wuhan.
Tianjin medical workers say their goodbye to Wuhan residents before departing.
Wuhan China Medical Aid Teams are going to Travel to Europe to Rescue people from Pandemic COVID-19.”
Perhaps they do have a vaccine, after all.
watch for Singapore numbers to go up:
“Asked if Singapore could be headed for a 3-digit increase in new COVID-19 cases daily, Minister for National Development Lawrence Wong explained that it’s important to look beyond headline numbers of daily infections to understand the reasons behind the increase and whether the new cases are imported or transmitted locally.
Singaporeans are now being advised to defer all travel abroad: https://cna.asia/33tDohM
Among the 47 new #COVID19 cases reported today, 33 were imported, mostly by Singapore residents returning from Europe or North America
If we had allowed testing from the beginning . and people are still being refused...we would have had less deniers and more people taking it seriously. At a minimum people would have known they have it amd many would have quarantined themselves
It was a major screwup.
But flubros allowed me more time to prepare.
A lot of people in this country cant find toilet paper. Costco cant even get it for daily distribution here
I’m probably going to catch it..not the virus..but heck that is. For practicing medicine without a license. :)
Actually, this is what works for me..and i am living proof because i haven’t got the commie virus..or do i..i may be walking around with it and don’t even know it?
The usual immunity boosters.
Garlic
mega doses of Vitamin C at least 2000 mg a day
Personally never took Zinc but they say it is good.
drink plenty of water ( 33-64 oz of water)
and generally eat 2 or 3 well balanced meals a day.
oh, and stay active (i am almost convince that is more import than eating 2 or 3 well balanced meals everyday)
Standing ovation for Australia.
“Cant be. Africa is hot.”
LOL, but a lot of Africa does have beautiful weather, such as Nairobi. It’s just the masses that cause problems.

Tonic water has quinine, not sure if it would have enough...
See:
https://www.peoplespharmacy.com/articles/is-quinine-in-tonic-water-safe
The “right-to-try” would be a workaround on the FDA.
There goes tom hanks production of Elvis...
Australia should also add, if citizens aren’t back in by tomorrow, they’re stuck out.
...The Chinese Virus...

warning, NOT PC.
Yea, we’re all speculating...but the tidbits coming out of China are making me think that they’re doing more to control the virus than the obvious (forced social isolation).
Eventually, we’ll find out.
was someone asking about unemployment yesterday? found this from Lindsey:
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said after a lunch meeting Wednesday that the money would be better spent on beefing up unemployment benefits.
I think it makes sense later, not now. Heres what people are worried about today: I lost my job. The unemployment benefit in South Carolina is $323 a week, Graham said. Thats not nearly enough to take care of the needs of most Americans.”
What were talking about doing is for the federal government to make up the difference between whatever your unemployment check is at the state level up to 75 percent of your income if you make $80,000, Graham said.
He added that the unemployment system is woefully inadequate for the circumstance that were under.
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said he also would prefer boosting unemployment benefits instead of direct payments, which would also go to people who havent lost work because of the crisis.
Not sure how unemployment is going to help the self-employed
