We get the picture already and FreeRepublic has turned into Corona Virus terror central.

Went to grocery store Sunday evening know that specific things would be cleaned out.

Turned down the Chip aisle and ALL the tortilla chips were cleaned out.

They left the potatoes chips, pork rinds and the Fritos.

Most people are trying to follow what’s happening and make reasonable decisions about what they should do so that they don’t end up getting offed by some solipsistic spreader who’s toasted because his ski trip got cancelled.

Agreed. Unlike the last time we sent 50% of our employees home, closed every bar and restaurant in the state, postponed a presidential primary election, witnessed empty shelves and closed 24 hour Wal Marts at 11. Cancelled non essential Amazon deliveries, witnessed governors order mandatory shelter in place orders, cancelled all college and pro sports, closed every school in the state, watched the Dow have its biggest one day losses in gains in history, saw the Vegas strip close. Last time that happened......oh wait.

Let’s do a thread about medical marijuana. I could use some.

Among other things, velocity and location of evolving infections rates, information about available treatment options that might be discovered/developed, and government-ordered (or recommended) actions like quarantines, martial law, etc. That information would eventually be available on MSM sites/TV, but I often see things on FR first - along with sometimes enlightening and sometimes stupid comments. Bitter with the sweet...

Yeah -- that might be nice... In fact, some "modern" forum software does have after-post editing. But, every one I've tried is far less "user-friendly" than John Robinson's "FR" -- which has been running faithfully for us for over two decades!!

At this point, FR is such comfortable old friend that I'd say, "If it ain't broke -- don't fix it!!!" '-)
