I honestly had no idea just how MANY Americans don’t have 2 or 3 weeks of their stuff at home.
(food, etc).
My biggest worry with this has been and still remains the supply chain for medical stuff. Particularly antibiotics.
What’s the price tag on grandma?

“If it breaks...the hospitals wont make it three or four days. Urban areas will be the worst.”
They are going to have to stop people from coming to the hospitals, or have excess spill over areas near the emergency rooms that can handle them.
You can’t have hundreds of people showing up frantic with their family members in critical condition trying to get in an emergency room with no where to go.
Ms. Snarky should have immediately had her press card yanked. That was totally uncalled for and childish.
I'm not understanding Acton. This is the same person that said there is "probably" 100,000 Ohio residents with COVID-19.
Shouldn't she be focusing on HER state? I mean, that's a meaningful and significant number - Burt why is she telling people in Ohio about the US projected death total? To make it sink in more?
She's narrowed down where she got it to either the football team or the basketball team...
I don’t think he has yet and actually has backed him up on the testing issue.
Acton starting to cry, talking of her sons
What?
No, no - get her off the podium. That is NOT what people need to see/hear. The chief medical officer of the state cannot maintain her composure? People look to folks like this to leadership.
Most hospitals (that Ive heard ofI listen to my wifes conference calls) are putting up triage tents. Most people are/will be sent home.
If this starts happening this is where you will see the center fails. Can you imagine the terror when some folks finding out they are not sick enough or that they cannot take patients over 75.
That is when all hell breaks loose.
I suppose narrowing down to 1st, 2ond, or 3rd string is asking a bit much.
We have, what, 45-47,000 ICU beds in the country?
Agreed.
One bet at 2.5% WHO reported mortality, loser pays FR $10, is all this forum needs...

By golly I think it does!
See what I did there?
We’ll see.
Sucking up to Hillary may have been a survival thing for him. Who wants to end up dead?
