Do strong breathings exercises starting today. And keep them up every hour if you get any symptoms of Covid. The illness won’t kill you if you don’t get that pneumonia, and breathing exercises can prevent pneumonia.

Plus I found 10+ years ago when I got pneumonia from the Flu that an Albuterol Sulphate HFA inhalator was key to timely recovery for me.

I insisted that I get another one of those in Jan 2020 when I had some kind of non-flu flu. Definitely helped recovery w/o any pneumonia.

You are so right. Deep breathing exercise gets air in bottom part of lungs and that helps expel junk sitting there and festering. This treadmill routine I am doing every other day is helping me stay strong and healthy beyond my expectations.
I do 27-30 minutes at 20-22 minutes/mile pace (like fast walking) and 3 deg upslope. I do not believe in excessive exercise for seniors. This seems to be more than adequate.
All Freepers over age 50 should begin some regular exercise routine. Then we will be around longer LOL.
