Mass testing, which some Democrats have proposed, would be neither wise nor praccticable. A person who tests negative today could be infected tomorrow. How many times can you test 330,000,000 people? Targeted testing of those who have come in contact with known carriers and those caring for the elderly and infirm does make sense.

Why on earth didn’t they vote earlier? I kept switching to C Span thinking they’d be on the floor of the House ready to vote and all they showed from 9 when I turned it on to midnight when I turned it off was the rerun of that pathetic woman..I certainly didn’t stay on it long but just kept flipping back and forth.
