Alex Jones Accused Of Selling Fake Coronavirus Cures
News9 ^ | Friday, March 13th 2020

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is the latest purveyor of silver-laced potions ordered to stop peddling fake cures for the coronavirus.

Jones claimed on his radio show last week that his Silverblue toothpaste "kills the whole SARS-corona family at point-blank range," according to a news release on Thursday by New York Attorney General Letitia James. She ordered Jones to immediately refrain from selling the toothpaste and other products as cures on his website, InfoWars.

"As the coronavirus continues to pose serious risks to public health, Alex Jones has spewed outright lies and has profited off of New Yorkers' anxieties," James, a Democrat, said in a statement. "Mr. Jones's public platform has not only given him a microphone to shout inflammatory rhetoric, but his latest mistruths are incredibly dangerous."

Infowars did not immediately return a request for comment.

The prosecutor's warning to Jones, known for promoting conspiracy theories about mass shootings and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, came days after his arrest on charges of driving while intoxicated in Austin, Texas.

The Food and Drug Administration and Federal Trade Commission recently told televangelist Jim Bakker to stop claiming his silver potions could cure the coronavirus.

There are no FDA-approved vaccines or drugs to treat or prevent COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, and there is no scientific evidence that alternative remedies can stop or cure the illness, according to the National Institutes of Health. Colloidal silver liquid containing silver particles can, in fact, be dangerous to your health, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Sarcasm notwithstanding, they're finding out now that leeches do in fact have some positive medicinal benefits.

First of all you can’t kill a virus, they aren’t alive. So that takes a edge off of your position.

Second - no thanks:

a few thoughts.
silver what ever is effective against infectious buggers because it carries an electric charge that kills the little buggers on contact. the same reason silver is used to make anti stink cloth. Copper works as well(so does gold platinum ect.) Its also why zinc lozenges shorten colds.

Note do not take zinc willy nilly. while its unlikely to kill you it can destroy your sense of smell and taste permanently. If you are going to be forced to be in a germ incubator it may(stress may) be wise to take a lozenge after exposure. Covid-19) seems to anchor in the back of the throat, fester and then move down to the lungs.

For your compromised elders, the best thing you can do is make sure mold is not an issue in their environment and then increase the humidity they live in to (guess) 20-40%. If you can buy them an electrostatic generator, making particulates cling to the walls.

Both Silver and Copper have interesting characteristics when it comes to keeping bugs at bay. Plastic surfaces, like countertops, can hold or allow bacteria to harbor. A wood cutting board is safer. A silver or copper lightswitch cover for example might he a whole lot more hygienic.

When people asks how long a cold virus can remain viable on a surface, that’s why there is such a range, hours to days, it depends on the material itself. Paper, wood, different metals, plastic ... Maybe copper handrails in buildings would keep germ spread down more than other materials, that kind of thing. They would cost more though, and the tweakers would steal them.

I’ve no doubt that a silver solution might have bacteriocidal properties in water. So does chlorine, and iodine, both effective at treating suspect water supplies in the field for cysts and bacteria. They cost a lot less though.

But it’s quite another matter to say it would cure someone who has contracted the flu or a cold or whatever. See the difference? I mean - maybe it does, but that isn’t the way to bet. Particle silver or colloids are used in burn creams, Silvidene is one.

Reminds me of a fly trap that was guaranteed to kill flies my Dad told me of that was sold in the 30’s.

It consisted of two little wooden boards. The instructions were to catch the fly, place in on one board, and smash it with the other.

Another is when I was a kid they sold Xray glasses that allowed you to see through the clothes of women. A friend bought a pair and it consisted of glass frames with feathers for lenses. Of course it never worked.

Silver is primarily good against bacterial infections but has limited antiviral qualities, too. I have used colloidal silver to cure kidney infection. It is antibiotic and the germs do not become immune. Overuse can give your skin a blue tinge, though.

If a 70+ year old individual is age restricted from treatment for a severe case of COVID & is denied treatment in the governments infinite wisdom, what do they have to lose by dosing with collodial or smaller size silver suspension particles to attempt to.treat the disease?
Otherwise, it’s a government mandated death sentence

Zinc ion has been proven for years to kill the coronavirus on contact. With the use of Chloroquine this is exactly how it's being treated. Chloroquine brakes down the zinc even better into ions which is required to enter the cell walls. This combination also cure cancer.

I know for a fact Copper and iron ion does not kill the virus. I do not know about the silver ion. I don't know if there is any research in this.

Yeah, I saw the medicinal uses of maggots on ‘Gladiator’. They can also get under the skin, however, and the Romans had no cure for that if it was deep enough.
