Someone here was wanting quick and easy meal ideas for the preps. That would work with potato flakes.
what about the $1.00 bags of instant potatoes..dont even remember their name. Can you just sprinkle some of that one there.

Agree. Potato flakes are an easy way to make "just enough" mashed potato. My wife and I like the spam/mashed potato/jam arrangement. It will be eaten infrequently since she is an insulin dependent Type diabetic and salt packs pounds on me. There are many flavors of SPAM, so no reason to be bored with one option.
