Everything in my freezer is vacuum sealed (Food saver). Keeps it at least five times longer than regular grocery or butcher wrap. Also flattens the food, somewhat.
I have frozen heavy cream, half and half, butter and sour cream, in my chest freezer.
There is more to energy generation in Texas than what you cited. I live in between two power plants southeast of San Antonio. I’m closer to Calaveras but I’m powered by Braunig.
Calaveras burns coal. Braunig uses steam. I should be good along with the San Antonio area.
Here in WaWu, Washington state Wuhan epicenter, six died yesterday, three died today.
7,000 have been tested. We had our first case in January.
Also....these LOOOONG lines, of crowded peeps waiting for their free Houston Food Bank (in an 18 wheeler) food.....are ALL standing within INCHES of each other!!

The whole electricity usage trend is very good right now.
This is the end of winter, not much A/C, some heat needed but not that much, industrial usage down due to CV...

Health officials have linked the man to a previously identified coronavirus case in Sheridan County, according to the Wyoming Department of Health. On Wednesday, officials announced that a Sheridan County woman was the state’s first known patient infected with Covid-19.

On Friday, the Health Department announced that an older Fremont County man tested positive for coronavirus. The man, who is a resident of Showboat Retirement Center, is now in isolation at SageWest Health Care in Lander.

Health Officials Announce Three New Presumptive Cases of New Coronavirus COVID-19 BURLINGTON, VT – The Vermont Department of Health reported three new presumptive positive cases in Vermont of the new coronavirus COVID-19. To date, there are now four presumptive positive cases and one case that has been confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The first is a Windsor County male in his 90’s. He is hospitalized at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in White River Junction, Vermont. The second is a Washington County male in his 50’s. He was initially treated at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, Vermont. He is currently in home isolation, following CVMC’s home care protocols. The third new presumptive positive case is also a male in his 50’s. He is a resident of Westchester County, New York and is receiving care at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, Vermont.
