I’ve always wondered how well something grown for several generations in New England would do in the Midwest though. or visa versa or something grown in N.E. planted in FL etc

They usually do fine for my garden.

I got some rice seed from sumdude in Indiana a few years back and it did splendidly.

You may have to be cognizant of WHEN you plant it. Some things might not like really hot weather and do better planted really early so they’d one by the 95F temps, or later so they’re maturing in the cooler fall temps.

I usually have 2 or 3 seasons of stuff, not counting stuff I try to overwinter.
