In the last 48 hours, as the coronavirus has raced across the United States, the NBA has suspended its season, more than three dozen colleges and universities have kicked students off campus, President Trump has barred travelers from Europe from entering the country and MLB, its season still two weeks away, has exposed some 100,000 people to a global pandemic.
Its time to cancel spring training.

Cancel the whole season. Cancel the league. We don’t want anyone ever driving to games and hurting themselves.
I believe Spring Training is almost over. Opening Day is the 26th?
Well, i know Seattle has moved any home games away from T-Mobile Park for the month of March.
Not that the Mariners will do any better, but hey....

Taiwan, S. Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong chose “75% reduction.”
Until this week, we have been following the Italian “business as usual” path.

From where, pray tell, do you get your road death and injury statistics? Are these figures for the USA or the world? They seem high.
Yesterday Rush Limbaugh said USA automobile traffic deaths are about 50,000 per year.
