Hunter Biden and the former stripper suing him for child support reached a settlement Wednesday shortly after an Arkansas judge scrapped his request to delay a court appearance over the coronavirus outbreak.
Independence County Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer dismissed Bidens claims that it was unsafe for him to travel and that appearing for a scheduled deposition this week could put his pregnant wife at risk for the illness.
[Biden] can come by plane, train, or automobile but life and work will and should continue in our communities and courts, Meyer wrote in a ruling late Tuesday.
No health threat specific to the defendant has been identified.
She also waved off the pregnancy as a reason to delay, saying this fact was well known to all when the hearing date was set and that Bidens wife couldnt come to his deposition anyway.
The son of former Vice President Joe Biden was set to be deposed Wednesday or Thursday as part of the case brought by Lunden Alexis Roberts, a former stripper with whom he has a 17-month-old. A hearing in the case had been set for Friday.
Shortly after Meyers order was filed, Roberts lawyer Clint Lancaster told the judge in an email that the parties had reached a global, final settlement. (Snip)

Interesting that her source of income was honorable enough to mention in comparison to his.
..
Well put.
Excellent point. They call her a former stripper. Why don't they call him a former oil exec?
You can be sure that this thing is being (secretly) funded by Rat Party Headquarters.
You should've been a lawyer. People like her need to be defended.
Yes, her motives may have been impure, but so were his. He should've manned up at the outset. That would've spared them both some derision.
Maybe I've watched Man of La Mancha too many times. I tend to view such women as more worthy of grace than men.
He might be right in the middle of a painting, shhh!
As a matter of fact, the art world is known for money laundering.
What’s to stop a major Dim donor or the DNC from buying Hunter’s paintings at outrageous prices through an LLC in order to completely fund this settlement, in case Hunter’s ill gotten Burisma money has dried up.
Thankfully he didn’t knock up his dead brother’s widow.
I'm not sure I've ever seen that movie, but to be honest I've
seen so many of them, it may have faded into to woodwork.
Good luck collecting child support after the election.
LOL! This is one instance where I hope the wench gets everything he owns!
Tough Judge forced Lowlife Hunter to cave... No way he can disclose his financial records without serious damage to his senile father...Democrats are so screwed with the Biden empire of corruption.....
Great date night movie. Your date will be a blubbering pile of putty in your hands at the end. Or you will be in hers.
Not that I cry at the end. Well, not EVERY time.
LOL...Give him time.
Rotten meat attracts flies.
I think so too.
LOL
Hey, good for you...
Who gets custody of Hunter’s two dildos?
This poor gal doesn’t know her life is now in jeopardy. A mysterious fatal accident and baby Humper joins the Biden clan permanently.
He paid her off , , , with some of his $billions of U.S. taxpayer money.
Well, the black and white painting in the upper right is certainly appropriate.
My daughter never knew her real dad. When she was born I made a deal with him. If he’d just go away and leave us alone I’d never ask him for anything. She’s mine. I wound up marrying a good man who raised her as his daughter. She always knew who her real dad was just didn’t care. She’d tell people who asked...I have a dad. Anyway, years later her half sister found her and they got close. Half sister told her that she was the lucky one since she had a great family and never knew her bio dad. I made a smart choice.
