Do you get fined if your dog poops on the sidewalk in San Francisco and you don’t clean it up?

Just curious.

Is your dog homeless? Probably OK if doggie can prove “feral”.

It’s probably fine, if you claim it as your own.

How would the authorities know the difference between some of the homeless and a dog?

The dogs have less offensive odor.

Not if the dog is hooked on heroin or phonics.

“Do they even allow Republicans on the ballot in S.F.?”

Every four years.

Every four years.

I asked because of California’s “jungle primary”. Top two finishers are on the final ballot regardless of party. I just figured in SF they’d always be dems.

I doubt it. When I was a young adult in Florida, there were never Republicans on the ballot, so they never won, and if I had registered as a Republican in those days, I would never have voted in any local election. I’m glad that’s changed.

If they don’t find “humans” for pooping on the sidewalk, why should they fine humans that let their dogs do it?

“I asked because of California’s “jungle primary”. Fortunately, they can only do that crap in their state elections and not the general. Course they can do things in the general like provide more votes than are registered and assist dead people to vote. But other states have done that too, so it isn’t original, just slipped by without the GOP screaming like a stuck pig. And they should.
