He is among the four new presumptive positive coronavirus cases revealed Tuesday from the state’s lab. So the $3,000.00 lab test only 'presumes a positive'? Then why use the test if I can just presume a negative ?

All that means is that all these have to be rubber stamped by the CDC. They ARE positive.
