Not all the following are necessarily present in a particular Gatorade product:
Too much sodium, hypernatremia, can cause dizziness, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Too much potassium, hyperkalemia, can impact your kidney function and cause heart arrhythmia, nausea, and an irregular pulse.
Too much calcium, known as hypercalcemia, can lead to fatigue, lethargy, seizures, and bone and joint pain.
Too much magnesium can cause muscle weakness, nausea, dizziness, confusion, and heart arrhythmia. At its worst, it can cause muscular and neurological damage.
Gatorade is way too strong to use as an electrolyte refresher in a seriously dehydrated individual. Needs to be diluted by at least 50%.

Good info. I have hyper parathyroidism which causes elevated calcium and in return the symptoms you listed, plus many more .
Just make switchel. Same electrolytes but home made and do much better tasting.
